Nellie was the daughter of Fred A. Runnells and Elizabeth Scott. She married William Arthur Haven on October 15, 1902. They had three children, Fred R., William K., and Elizabeth. Nellie passed away on May 21, 1911 after the birth of Elizabeth from complications during childbirth. Baby Elizabeth passed away in October, 1911 at the age of 5 months.
