Patricia J. Kotzer, 82, of Duluth, formerly of Excelsior, Minn., passed away Friday, June 20, 2008, at Primrose. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Harold. She is survived by her son, Rev. Ken (Barb) Kotzer, of Bloomington, Minn.; daughters, Kathie (David) Severson and Becky (Bob) Buchanan, all of Duluth; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; her sister, Ethel Thomas, of Coon Rapids, Minn.; her brother, Stanley (Jackie) Mueller, of Robbinsdale, Minn.; sister-in-law, Josephine Winkel, of Shoreview. VISITATION: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Tuesday, June 24, in Kenwood Lutheran Church, Duluth. Burial will be at Excelsior Cemetery, Excelsior, Minn.
