Death claimed Minnie Fero Sunday following an illness of several weeks. She was past 84 years of age. Minnie Vine was born April 23, 1866 at Schenectady, N.Y. Early in 1882 she moved with her family to Marquette, Wisconsin and on May 1 of the same year, she was united in marriage with Alfred Fero at Ripon, Wisconsin. To this union was born eleven children, eight of whom survive. The Feros moved to Wyoming in 1917, taking up a homestead near Shawnee. A few years ago they retired and Douglas has been their home since. In addition to her husband, who is seriously ill in Converse Memorial Hospital, she is survived by six daughters, Mrs. E. C. Marshall of Santa Monica, Calif., Mrs. T. G. Hodson of Burbank, Calif., Mrs. Bessie Walker of Northridge, Calif., Mrs. Walter Kenitz of Montello, Wis., Mrs. E. R. Caldwell of Inglewood, Calif., and Mrs. Clyde Hoon of Casmalia, Calif.; two sons, Jack Fero of Inglewood, Calif., and Frank of Glendo, Wyo. and several grandchildren.
