Victoria R. Salamone Grayo, 80, of Laurel Springs, a former worker at the Philadelphia Zoo, died of liver disease Friday at her home.
Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Grayo had lived in Glendora for 35 years before moving to Laurel Springs seven years ago. She had worked in the sales department of the Philadelphia Zoo for 28 years before retiring 12 years ago.
Mrs. Grayo is survived by daughters, Ann R. Bilbrough and Maria V. Grace; her mother, Rose A. Salamone; one sister; two brothers; three grandsons; and two great-grandsons.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. tomorrow at St. Teresa's Church of the Infant Jesus, Black Horse Pike, Runnemede. A Funeral Mass will be said at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the church. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Pa.
The family suggests memorials be contributions to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, N.J. 08053.
