Olive Applegate
BELFORD -- Olive Burd Applegate of Belford died on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008 at her home. She was 95.
Born on Aug. 23, 1912 in Washington Township, Morris County, she was a daughter of Christopher and Grace Howell Burd and resided in Lebanon Township for many years and graduated from High Bridge High School before moving to Belford in 2001.
She was a homemaker and a member of Hobart Chapter 63, Order of the Eastern Star in High Bridge.
Her husband, Wilbert H. Applegate, died in 1988.
Her only survivors are cousins.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Aug. 23 in Coughlin Funeral Home, Califon, followed by burial in Fairmount Cemetery in Tewksbury Township.
