Lee Jackson Fant, 63, of Columbus, Ga., died Thursday. He was retired from Burnham Van Service and had been a resident of Columbus for the past 19 years. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Macon Road Chapel, with burial in Shawmut.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Vickie Y. Fant; two daughters, Mrs. Dean Sims, Marlbourugh, N.J., and Mrs. Larry S. Guinn, Conway, Ark.; a son, Lee J. Fant, Jr., Abbeville; two sisters, Mrs. Cenus Crook, Pensacola, Fla. and Mrs. Doris Carpenter, Atlanta, Ga., and four brothers, Joe B. Fant, Birmingham, E. L. Fant, Riverdale, Ga., Furman Fant, Lake Martin; and Melvin J. Fant, Columbus, Ga.
