Aaron was born in West Germany. With his father often gone due to military responsibilities, he enjoyed playing "man of the house" making sure his younger sister was tucked in at night and the doors were all locked "tight up".
He wanted to be an astronaut and was obsessed with the space shuttle. He would watch the launch live on TV and then run outside to finish seeing the shuttle streak up into the sky at the end of the street.
Aaron died while in the care of the daycare center he was in and was laid to rest on the day he was supposed to start kindergarten - an event he was looking forward to.
