Bennie was the youngest son of Stanley & Louise Goscicki whom migrated to the United States from Poland in 1901. My father had 5 brothers Walter, Henry, John, Carl and Leo. Some time before my father turned 1 my Grandmother passed away, living in Hamtramck, Mi. with 6 boys was just too much for my Grandfather, so he moved 5 of the boys and himself up north to the Posen/Mets area of Presque Isle co. They had a large farm with 3 barns. one of my uncles remained in Hamtramck and maintain a residence at 17 Whitehead st. If any of this rings a bell with you and you're a descendant of Goscicki or Gordon please contact me. I would like to know more about my Grandparents and Uncle's.

Bennie raised eight kids Carol, Joann, Debbie, David, Donald, Bennie II, Michael, Edward and had 12 grandkids Patrick, David, Joe, Jerry, Jennifer, Bennie III, Robert, Emily, Edward II, Christopher, Eric, and Adam
Bennie was a master carpenter he build everything from Nursing homes to residential homes, furniture, custom masonary stone work, and even toy's. There was no limitations to his imagination if he could imagine it draw it out he could build it, even our cats had the best play houses, our dog house look more like a small barn built in 1977 and still today my brother Bennie II has that dog house he moved it to Grayling and has turned it in to a shed.

My father, sister and now our mother are all laid to rest next to each other in Pontiac Mi. Where it all began at the Pontiac Hotel all those years ago.
