"Berlin Center - Dec. 1 - Andrew Cline, one of the best known and most highly respected farmers of Berlin township, died at his home one mile north of the village last Friday morning after an illness of about a week with pneumonia. Deceased was born in Berlin township and here his entire life of 67 years, 10 months and eight days was passed, enjoying the confidence and esteem of all who knew him. He will be greatly missed in this community. About 37 years ago he was united in marriage with Miss Ella Simon of Canfield who, with one daughter, Mrs. Miles Smith, survives him, together with two grandchildren. He also leaves three sisters, Mrs. C. A. Bardo of Canfield, Mrs. Mary Ingledue of Deerfield and Mrs. John Lally of Salem, Oregon. Funeral services were held Monday forenoon, first meeting at the house at 11 o'clock and then going to the North Berlin Lutheran church of which the deceased was a member. The sermon was pronounced by Rev. Mr. Stuckenberg and was heard by a large number of sorrowing relatives and friends. Interment was made in the church cemetery."
