Anita, age 66, passed away after a brief illness in Oklahoma City. She was the daughter of Amelia Cully (father either William Powell or Winey Cozar). She married Mack Jack Holuby.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her son. She is survived by her children, Cathy Johnson, Elizabeth Herndon, Brenda Deer, Billy Holuby, Jacob Holuby, Luke Holuby, and Robert Holuby, her siblings, Roger Kernell, John Kernell, Glenn Kernell, S.J. Kernell Jr., and Norma Hopkins, 27 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at Glorieta Baptist Church. Burial was in Cully Family Cemetery on Tate Mountain in Seminole County.
