John Kenneth "Kenny" Boyer age 45 died Tuesday August 11, 2009. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Linton

Mr. Boyer was a native of Baldwin County but had made his home in Hancock County. He was a graduate of John Hancock Academy and was a supervisor with BASF in McIntyre. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Archer Boyer. He was a member of the Darien Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Terri J. Boyer of Sparta, his son, Lincoln Boyer of Sparta, two daughters, Kristin Reddick (Randall) and Megan Blair (Matt McDade) both of Milledgeville, his father, Thomas Boyer of Sparta, two brothers, Barney Boyer (Ann) and Richard Boyer (Jewell) both of Milledgeville, a sister, Mary Frances Dobler (Al) of Milledgeville and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Moores Funeral Home.
