Charles Blanchard was president of Wheaton College from 1882 until his death at the age of 77 years old.

Note: Charles Albert Blanchard's father was Jonathan Blanchard. CAB's son was Jonathan McLeod Blanchard. The McLeod name came from the Milligan side, not the Blanchard side.
