Dorothy Marie Bere, 88, died Saturday at Caritas Medical Center. She was the former Dorothy Marie Roos and a retired employee of Kentucky Printing Co. Survivors: a son, Val Bere; a sister, Isabell Varble; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, SS. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 4335 Hazelwood Ave. Burial: Evergreen. Visitation: Joseph E. Ratterman & Son-South End, 7330 Southside Drive, 2-9 p.m. Sunday and 5-9 p.m. Monday. Memorial gifts: Mass of the Air.
