Bridget Francis Ahern died Monday at St. Anthony Hospital. She was a native of Galway County, Ireland. Survivors include three sons, Maurice B. Ahern of Virginia Beach, Va., and Kevin F. and Desmond Ahern; a sister, Rita Crowley of Boston and a brother, Michael F. Ahern of Chicago. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 1520 Hepburn Ave., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation at Barret Funeral Home, 1230 Bardstown Road, will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Lung Association.
