Jude Pierce Blackburn, 2, of Harrisonburg, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2009.
He was born in Fishersville, Virginia on April 15, 2007, and was the son of Brooklyn (Hummel) Blackburn and Brian Phillips of Harrisonburg.
In addition to his parents, Jude is survived by three sisters. He is also survived by grandparents Steven Lee Hummel and Geraldine Hummel, and Dennis Phillips, and great grandmothers, Wanda Hummel and Betty Whetzel.
A memorial service was held at Mossy Creek Presbyterian Church in Mount Solon, on Thursday, July 30, 2009, with Rev. Patrick Pettit officiating.
