Dale E. Andres, 62, died Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospice Residence. He was born February 22, 1947 in Butler, PA, the son of Joseph and Alice (Gilbert) Andres and was a 1965 graduate of Butler High School.

He worked for 35 years as a computer program analyst at the Federal Center, retiring in 2004. On September 28, 1985 Dale Edward Andres was united in marriage to Donna M. Arnold at Pounders Beach, on the Island of Oahu.

In addition to his wife Donna, Dale is survived by, two sons, Chad and Scott; grandson, Hunter and a brother, Ronald Andres of Butler, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.

He was a member of the First Congregational Church and also attended Sonoma United Methodist Church. He was a member at Minges Creek Racquet Club; Federal Center Men's Golf Club and enjoyed downhill skiing.

At the request of the family, a memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2009, at First Congregational Church with Rev. Tom J. Ott officiating.

Friends who wish may make memorial contributions to the First Congregational Church, Sonoma United Methodist Church or the Humane Society of South Central Michigan. Personal remembrances may be made at www.farleyestesdowdle.com
