A daughter of David F. Wampler and Susan Driver Wampler, she was born on April 24, 1877 at Timberville.
She had recently been visiting Miss Florence Garber at New Hope when she became ill.
She was twice married. Her first husband, Samuel H. Wright died in 1910. Her second husband, John C. Cline, also died a number of years ago.
She was a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of the Brethren at Weyers Cave.
She is survived by three sons, Ernest S. Wright, Front Royal; Herman A. Wright, of Aldie; and F. Everette Wright of Washington.
She also leaves three grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. P. J. Wenger, Mt. Sidney; Mrs. Wise McAllister, of Harrisonburg; and Mrs. B. F. Miller, of Weyers Cave.
Funeral services will be held at eleven p. m. Tuesday from the Pleasant Valley Church of the Brethren at Weyers Cave. The Rev. Samuel H. Flora, the Rev. Wilmer Q. Crummett and the Rev. E. B. Craun will conduct the services. Burial will be in the adjacent cemetery.
The body is at the L. M. Koontz Funeral Home in Weyers Cave where it will remain until Tuesday morning at 9:30 when it will be taken to the Church.
The relatives will meet at the Koontz Funeral Rome at 10:40 for a brief prayer service.
The members of the family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 7:30 until 8:30.
Active pallbearers will be F. D. Click, W. H. Wright, Paul Wright, H. L. McAllister, Fred Miller, H. L. Houff, Dr. H. G. Middlekauff, and Harry Driver.
The members Senior Adult Bible Class of the Pleasant Valley Church will serve as honorary attendants and flower bearers.
