Nona J. Anderson, 71, of Road 525S died at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at Clarion Health Center at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Anderson had been a licensed practical nurse in the emergency room at Columbus Regional Hospital, in the office of the late Dr. William Ryan and at East Pasco Medical Center in Zephyr Hills, Fla. She taught art at East Pascoe Hernando College and also taught art to stroke rehabilitation patients relearning to speak.
She was a former member of Columbus Area Arts Council, a member of First Christian Church and attended Ogilville United Methodist Church.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Barkes, Inlow & Weaver Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Revs. Tom Lapham and Arnold Cutter officiating. Calling will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Ohio Chapel Cemetery.

Born in Martinsville Dec. 5, 1931, Mrs. Anderson was the daughter of James T. and Clora M. Ratts Lunsford. She married Robert D. Anderson June 18, 1949.
Survivors include her husband; a son, James L. Anderson of Columbus; daughters, Cathy J. Clubb of Columbus and Christie S. Baugues of Ellettsville; a brother, Bobby Lunsford of Zephyr Hills; a sister, Claralene Schlehuser of Plainfield; grandchildren, Jennifer Kesler, Bobbie Clubb-Roberts and Justin, Travis and Kara Anderson, all of Columbus, Matthew Gates of Bloomington and Beth Stancik of Ellettsville; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
