Tallulah—Services for Mrs. Eloise Offord, 76, will be at 2 p.m. today at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Tallulah with the Revs. R. T. Strong and Ronny Crockett officiating.
Burial will be in New Zion Cemetery in Sondheimer under the direction of Madison Mortuary of Tallulah.
Mrs. Offord died Sept. 6 at Richland Parish Hospital after a long illness.
Survivors include one sister, Pauline Miles of Los Angeles; one brother, Columbus Mitchell of Dumas, AR.; three sons, Leo Watkins of Chicago, Alonzo Offord of Moreno Valley, CA. and Charles Offord of Tallulah; four daughters, Shirley Nelson of Las Vegas, Carle Neller, Helen Davis and Faye Ennis all of Tallulah; three son-in-laws; three daughter-in-laws; 34 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Visitation will be from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Friday at the church.
