Died near Cedarville, California, March 10, 1910, Mrs. Robert Baty. (We have been unable to get any particulars in time for this issue. An obituary will be published next week. Mrs. Baty was a most estimable woman and highly esteemed by all who knew her. Her remains were taken to Bidwell for internment. The RECORD extends sympathy to the bereaved family.)

Called Home-Mrs. Minerva Ann Baty, wife of Robert Baty, died on March 10, 1910 at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Allenwood, near Cedarville. She had been an invalid for many years and bedfast for a year prior to her death, and she was aged 63 years. She with her husband, came to Surprise Valley in 1872 and has lived most of the time at Bidwell and Warner Valley, where she was well known and esteemed for her many good qualities. Her remains were taken to Bidwell on Tuesday and interred in the Bidwell cemetery. She leaves to mourn her loss a sorrowing husband and two daughters and seven sons to whom the sympathy of may friends are extended in their sad bereavement.
