Lula Flack Matthews
Lula Flack Matthews, 86, a former resident of this area, died Thursday, May 8, in Bakersfield, Calif.
Mrs. Matthews was born in Moran and moved to Bakersfield from this area 22 years ago. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Marvin E. Flack of Kinsburg, Calif.; a daughter, Olive Marie Chambers of Bakersfield; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The body will be returned to Iola late this evening. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Friskel memorial Chapel.
