OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN) - October 29, 1951

Mrs. Louise S. Hale, 81, 157½ West Maple street, died in her home Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock.

Mrs. Hale was born July 15, 1870, in Wabash county to Frank and Margaret (Hittle) Lynn and was married in 1890 to Elias Scott who died in 1903. She later married Dr. Norman T. Hale in 1906 and he preceded her in death in 1927.

The decedent, a life time resident of Wabash county, was a member of the Presbyterian church and a 50 year member of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include two children, Oliver L. Scott, Wabash, and Mrs. Kittle Bernice Garlough, New Castle; one sister, Ella E. Lynn, Wabash; a foster brother, Harvey E. Jones, Wood Rice, Ore.; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Jones Funeral home and burial will be in Falls cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. The Eastern Star will conduct twilight services Monday evening at 7 o'clock.
