Mary Louise Hegwer, age 88, of Farmington, passed away Monday, July 20, 2009, in Farmington. She was born April 5, 1921, in Parkview, to Pablo Quintana and Virginia LaRibbas Quintana.
Mary moved to San Juan County in 1948. She was so full of life and loved her gardening, her cats and dogs. She always made sure she had bright flowers in her garden.
Mary had four sisters, Agapita Sypher, Josefa Shoppee, Anna Maria Perez and Deluvina Lovato; and three brothers, Juan Andres Quintana, Cristobar Quintana, and Miguel Quintana. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews as well as grandnieces and grandnephews.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 27, at Greenlawn Cemetery, 1606 N. Dustin Ave., in Farmington. Leroy Montoya will officiate.
