Albert Ira Jones, 72, of Murfreesboro died July 16, 2009 from Lewy Body Disease.
Funeral services were at 11:30 a.m. Saturday July 18, 2009 in Dignity Hall of Woodlawn Funeral Home, with Bro. Robert Cullom officiating. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation with the family was at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday.
Albert served as an elder at Water Street Church of Christ in Charlotte. Prior to retiring from RJ Young, Albert (Al) worked for Coca Cola in Dickson.
Preceded in death by his father and his brother.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Annette; mother, Ruby Lee Jones; children, Sharon Webster, Rhonda Thomas, Dan Jones; six grandchildren; sisters and his extended Baker Family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice.
