Mr. Buckley died thursday, Feb. 21, at 8:20 p.m. in his home, 2 West Washington Street, following a protracted illness.

A son of Zack and Susan Proffitt Buckley, he was born in Pana Nov. 6, 1882. He was a member of the Nazarene church.

Surviving are his wife, Della E. Neece Buckley; 7 children, John Zack of Pana, Paul of Chicago, Mrs. Pauline Silknitter of Pana, Carl of White Heath, Robert, Mrs. Catherine Sims and Miss Agness, Pana; 13 grandchildren and a brother Charles, Pana.

A brother, John, 78, a retired farmer of Windsor, died last week in Huber Memorial hospital. His funeral was held Tuesday, Feb 19.

Services for Frank Z. Buckley, 69, were held Sunday, Feb. 24, at 2 p.m. in the McCracken funeral home. The Rev. R.P.Braswell officiated. He was assisted by the Rev. J.P. Foster of Mt. Vernon.

Music was provided by Mrs. Joseph Zahradka at the organ and the Rev. and Mrs. J.P. foster, singers.

Flower committee included Betty Jane Forbes, Helen Davis, Peggy Braswell, Isabelle Chamberlain, Shirley Hicks and Mrs. Stevanna Terry. Pallbearers were: Frank Kiefling, Cecil Kay, Joe Bland, Wayne Coleman, David Chamberlain and Francis Overlot St. Interment was in Price cemetery.
