Gary Lee Balliger He Will be Missed. Gary Lee Balliger, 69 of Salt Lake City, died Sat., January 17, 2009 at his home after a long battle with cancer. Gary is survived by his wife Jean, and his children: Gary (Bonnie) Balliger, Larry (Laurie) Balliger, Jake Balliger, Ray (Terra) Balliger, Mike (Tina) Balliger, and Joe (Jolene) Royer. He was preceded by his parents and two sisters, Reane DeBona and Sharon Kopps. Funeral services will be held Sat., January 24, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Pioneer LDS Stake Center, 1145 W. 5th S., Salt Lake City with Bishop James Bunker officiating. The family will meet with friends Friday, Jan. 23, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. and again on Sat. from 10-10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Utah Veterans Memorial Park Cemetery.
