Obituary:
Mrs. Anna B. Briggs, 90, formerly of 304 S. Sixth St., died Sunday morning in Menno-Haven Nursing Home where she had been a guest for seven years. Born July 18, 1881, in Burnt Cabins, Mrs. Briggs was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Miller. Her husband, Ferdinand Briggs, preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and the Lucinda Speer Bible Class. A daughter, Mrs. Harold (Pearl) Kohler, 304 S. Sixth St., survives. She was the last of her immediate family. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Burnt Cabins Cemetery. Arrangements are in charge of the Kelso Funeral Home, McConnellsburg.
