Mrs. Adda Stinnett
Mrs. Adda Stinnett, a former resident of LaHarpe and Iola, died yesterday in Springfield, Pa., at the age of 80.
Born at Elk City, Kan., she lived with her family in LaHarpe for a number of years before moving to Iola in 1937. In recent years, she has been making her home in Springfield with her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Berry. She was a member of the Methodist Church and the Rebekah Lodge.
Besides her daughter, she is survived by a son, Russell Stinnett of Mound City; a niece, Mrs. Andy Goszdak of Iola; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in the Waugh Funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Pentz officiating. Burial will be in the LaHarpe Cemetery.
