Services were at 1 p.m. Monday in Uvalde with Oscar Flores officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery in Uvalde by Colonial Funeral Chapel of Amarillo.
Survivors include his wife, Aurora Uriegas Carbajal of Hereford; three sons, Eliseo Carbajal Jr. of Amarillo, and David Carbajal and Daniel Carbajal, both of Hereford; four daughters, Susan Medina and Nancy De La Cerda, both of Hereford, Carmen Carbajal of Dallas and Debbie Perez of Amarillo; three brothers, Beto Carbajal, Elias Carbajal and Ernesto Carbajal; four sisters, Petra Ortiz, Rosa Buentello, Eva Davila and Estela Zamora; 19 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
