Katherine M. Callan, 95, of Oswego, died Thursday, July 9, 2009. Surviving are three children, John Callan, Louise Porter and LInda Robillard. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Dowdle Funeral Home, with calling hours from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday, pror to the service.

Katherine M. Callan, 95, a former resident of 106 West Mohawk St. died on Thursday at St. Luke Health Services. Born in Groton,N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Ben and Grace (Moorse) Goldstein. Mrs.Callan was employed with the Oswego Candy Works for many years. Surviving are her son, John (Kay) Callan of Scriba, two daughters, Louise (Ron) Porter of Fulton, Linda Robillard of Oswego, two brothers, Harold and Robert Goldstein, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband John Callan and a sister, Emma Curcuroto. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 from the Dowdle Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 9:30-11:00.
