Rev. Jean C. Blevins, age 76, a resident of Disney died Tuesday September 23, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was born May 8, 2008 in Texas the daughter of Travis and Astella Curtis. She moved to the She was reared and educated in Pryor, OK .
Jean was a minister in the Pentecostal Church serving several Churches. She enjoyed Revivals and Church singings. She enjoyed collecting receipts, sewing, was an excellent seamstress, loved cooking, garage sales and gospel and bluegrass music.

The family includes; her husband of 57 years, Jack Blevins, one daughter Rhonda Harper and husband Earnest of Mannford, a sister in-law, Shirley Osborn of Vinita, grandchildren Justin and Thomas Whisonhund, Kim Harper, two great-grandchildren Alex and Jaxson, several nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday December 29, 2008 in the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita with Brother Bob Prather officiating. Interment will be at the Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery at Spavinaw. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com.
