Mrs. McNeal was born Dec. 1, 1939, in Spokane, WA, a daughter of Roland Earl Craig and Alta Mae Thew Craig. She was the widow of Thomas Charles Tom McNeal. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Mrs. McNeal was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Lee Akers.
Surviving are, a daughter, Connie Grooms, and her husband, Percy, of Cross; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
