Eula Mae (George) Ashley, 77, went home to be with her Lord on July 6, 2009 from her home in Alco.
She was born at Alco on August 15, 1931 to the late Clarence George and Vurla (Cooper) George. She was saved at an early age and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Timbo.
She was a loving mother, wife and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vern Carl Ashley, an infant son, Stephen Carl Ashley, and a sister, Gertrude Baysinger.
Those left to celebrate her life are her three daughters; Patricia Ashley, Jean Ashley Long, Peggy Ashley Williams and husband Johnny Williams; a sister, Patsy Stevens and husband Odis Stevens all of Alco; a brother, Floyd George and wife Reva of Viola, and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
