Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday for Mrs. Jennie L. Prewitt, 85-year-old resident of Mangham, who died in a local hospital Wednesday.
The rites will be held at the Mangham Baptist Church with the Revs. C. W. Jones and Paul Brooks officiating.
Burial, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, will be in the Hixson Cemetery near Mangham,
The body will lie in state at the church from 2 p.m. until time for the services.
A native of Mississippi, Mrs. Prewitt had resided in Mangham for a number of years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Annie Dunn, Monroe, Mrs. Myrtle Green, Brooklyn, N. Y., and Mrs. Helen Austin, Mangham; one son, Irvin Hulbert, Anniston, Ala.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
