Amelia "Mae" Gross was born June 21, 1918, in Wells, MN, to the late Demetrius and Julia (Ress) Gallek. She was united in marriage to Roman A. Gross June 21, 1937, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Harding.
Survivors include her husband Roman Gross; son Ronald and wife Joanne of Harding; daughters, Romelle Kurtz of Harding, Jan Brixius and husband Rod of Lastrup, MN, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Cora Gross of Harding.
She was preceded in death by two infant daughters; one infant son; sisters, Anna Glassman, Julia Woitalla, Marie Steele; brothers, Alex Gallek, Walter, Joe, and William Dembowski.
