We had three funerals at St. Peter's church in town in four days, viz Frank Klock, aged 24 years, 2 months and 7 days, buried on Thursday; Elias Thomas, aged 65 years, 11 months and 14 days, buried on Saturday, and Rachel Northumberland County Democrat, Thursday Oct 12, 1899

We had three funerals at St. Peter's church in town in four days, viz Frank Klock, aged 24 years, 2 months and 7 days, buried on Thursday; Elias Thomas, aged 65 years, 11 months and 14 days, buried on Saturday, and Rachel Tressler aged 72 years and 17 days, buried on Sunday. The last two were cousins. The first died of typhoid fever. the second kidney disease and the last of consumption and dropsy. Rev. J. C. Schmidt and Undertaker Drumheller officiated at these funerals.
