Beloved husband, father, step dad; Helmut Staufenbeil, a humble servant of the Lord returned home to his Heavenly Father. He resided at 951 East Bryan Avenue (1577 South) in the East Central neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah at the time of his death.
He was born in Grimma, Saxony, Germany to Emma Anne Poetschke and Herman Staufenbeil.
Survived by wife Susanne Irmgard Flade; son Dieter Staufenbeil, daughter Brigitte Staufenbeil and Reiner Groebs; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the German Speaking Ward Chapel in the Douglas Ward Building, 721 South 1200 East. The viewing will be from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services on Monday, 6 July 2009.
Interment will be in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive (1495 East).
