PATRICIA A. ANTHONY
Alameda, Calif. - Patricia Ann Kearns Anthony, 23, Alameda, died Friday at the Oaknoll Naval Hospital in Oakland, Calif., after a lingering illness.
She was the granddaughter of Mrs. Mable Kearns of Santaquin.
Mrs. Anthony was born Oct. 5, 1948, in Salt Lake City, to William Burley and Gifta Bea Timothy Kearns. She married Carl David Anthony on Nov. 11, 1966, in Fallon, Nev. Their married life has been spent in the Philippines, Alaska and Alameda, where her husband has been stationed with the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include her husband of Alameda; one daughter, Carla Ann; her parents of Salt Lake City; two brothers and one sister, Thomas William Kearns, U.S. Navy, San Francisco, Calif.; James Lewis Kearns, U.S. Air Force, Great Falls, Mont.; Mrs. Leslie (June) Velasquez, Carbondale, Colo.; and her grandmother, Mrs. Mable Kearns of Santaquin.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the Redwood Memorial Estates Funeral Home, 6500 S. Redwood Road, Salt Lake County. The services will be officiated by Rev. Luman Gilman of the First Southern Baptist Church.
Friends may call at the mortuary Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be at the Redwood Memorial Estates.
