Joshua Kyle Barnett, age 21 of Cassville, Missouri, died Monday, June 29, 2009, following a vehicle accident in Cassville.
He was born in Wichita, Kansas, April 5, 1988, the son of Willard, Jr. "Bill" and Michelle Cheri (Lakey) Barnett.
He is survived by his father, Bill Barnett of Wichita, Kansas; his mother, Cheri Holloway of Cassville, Missouri; three brothers, Corie Holloway, Cody Holloway and Jacob Holloway all of Cassville; paternal grandparents, Charles and Catherine Ensley of Wichita, Kansas, maternal grandparents, Harvey and Martha Henry of Cassville and Eugene "Sonny" and Ruth Lakey of Cassville, great grandmother, Phyllis Amsler of Wichita; aunts and uncles, Kelley and Tracy Lakey, Tim and Dana Welch, Shawna and David Sutphin, Brandon and Carlin Lakey, Michelle and Robert White.
Josh was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. Following his graduation from Wichita East High, he worked as an audio technician. He loved music, camping, fishing, and running around the lake with his friends. Josh was a Christian.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Missouri. Pastor Doyle Russell will conduct the services.
