A native of Giles County, Bert Bledsoe, 82, of Petersburg, died Monday, July 13 in Baptist Hospital, Nashville. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 2:30 p. m. at Ralston-Brown-McCauley Chapel in Petersburg with burial in Lynnwood Cemetery, Lynnville. The Rev. Bud Alexander and the Rev. William Moss were the officiants.
Mr. Bledsoe was a retired farmer and an employee of the W. A. Young Construction Co. He was the son of the late John H. and Loueva Bearden Bledsoe.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eugenia Evans Bledsoe, several nieces and nephews.
