Maude L. Barnhart - Pueblo Chieftain - February 16, 1991 - Maude L. Barnhart, passed away Thursday, Feb. 14, 1991. She was born April 13, 1902, in Wagner, Okla. Mrs. Barnhart came to Pueblo at an early age, where she married Willard C. Barnhart, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Hardin. A member of Central Christian Church for over 50 years. Mrs. Barnhart was a prominent photographer in Pueblo as well as a professional whistler having whistled in concerts throughout the country for over 80 years, most recently with the Senior Citizens Band. She is survived by a granddaughter, Kathy (Dale) Groff, Pueblo, and two great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18. Imperial Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Bob Daniels officiating. Friends who wish may contribute to the USC Nursing Student Fund.
