He was a salesman for an auto parts store. He and his wife "Millie" lived at 1225 N. Campbell, Springfield, MO. He was a resident of Springfield for fifty-eight years. He passed away due to prostate cancer, Nov. 5, 1951. Services were under the direction of Thieme Funeral Home. Burial was in Hazelwood Cem., Springfield, MO. May he rest in peace.
