Sharron graduated from Warren High School, stayed and worked for a short time in Michigan before taking a civil job with the government in a foreign country. She took advantage of being able to travel to several countries before she returned to California and remained working for the government until she died.
Sharron was easy going and fun loving and made friends easily. She never married, loved planning family get-togethers, and took a leave of absence to care for her mother before her Mom died in 1988. Sharron fought her own brave battle with cancer and died in her home in Laguna Hills in 1994. Following her last requests, Sharron was cremated and her ashes scattered by her immediate family in both California and Nevada. The immediate family surviving her at the time of her death - brother John, sister Pat, and half sister Debbie. She had three nephews - Chad, Travis and Andrew.
