A Service of Tribute and Love will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Home and Martin Chapel, on Monday at 10 a.m. with Bishop Evan Mortenson officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens. Friends may call for visitation on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Mrs. Clark was born on July 3, 1918, in Nounan, Idaho, to Joseph and Camilla (Crossley) Johnson. They moved to Logan, Utah, where she grew up.
She married Charles Wesley Clark in Yakima, Wash., on Sept. 21, 1936. They moved to Klamath Falls in 1937 and have remained here since.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, serving as Relief Society President, Young Women's Secretary, and Temple Worker. She worked in the church her whole life.
Mrs. Clark enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, bead work, and all crafts and loved to read.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Robert W. and Sonya Clark of Hughson, Calif., and Mark and Karen Clark of Klamath Falls; daughters and sons-in-law Diane and Lloyd Case of Klamath Falls, Sandra and George Gillen of Klamath Falls, and Rae and Bill Skillington of Klamath Falls; 23 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; sisters Mildred Fridley of Smithville, Utah, and Hazel Ritchie of Klamath Falls; also numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley in 2003; daughter Patricia in 1969; great-granddaughter Ashley Durtschi in 1985; her parents; and brothers Wallace and Jay Johnson.
Eternal Hills Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
