CHILLICOTHE - Eugenia O. Tidmarsh, 84, formerly of 6316 E. Beach Drive, died at 3:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2001, at Heritage Manor, where she had been a resident since 1996.
Born Nov. 6, 1916, in LaPrairie to Charles and Lena Schmidt Scoon, she married Loyal Henry Tidmarsh on March 9, 1941. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Pamela (and Gary) Garrison of St. Joseph and Gloria (and Michael) Dorich of Wheaton; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one brother, Robert (and Joan) Scoon of Sparland.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Chillicothe, United Methodist Women and its Anna Circle and Peoria County Homemakers Extension Association.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at her church, where visitation will be one hour before. The Rev. Keith Ferguson will officiate. Burial will be in Lacon Cemetery in Lacon. Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon is in charge of arrangements.
