CARLISLE Victor E. Barrick, 79, of 52 Montsera Road, Dickinson Twp., died yesterday in Carlisle Hospital.
He was a Dickinson Twp. supervisor; a retired farmer; a former bus driver for the Carlisle Area School District; and was a member of Barnitz United Methodist Church and Sunday School, the Penn Twp. Fire Company, and the Pennsylvania Farmers Association.
Surviving are his wife, Emma A. Whisler Barrick; a son, Clyde W. of Carlisle; two daughters, Vada B. Keck and Mable G. Stitt, both of Carlisle; a brother, Donald of Carlisle; a sister, Beulah Rockey of Mount Holly Springs; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Thursday in the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home. Burial will be in Newville Cemetery.
