Allen, Frances Ector Shepherd age 82, passed away Thursday, November 20, 1997, at her Dallas residence. She was born June 17, 1915 in Wood Co., TX. Mrs. Allen is survived by her son J.L. Shepherd and wife Royce; 2 grandchildren, Roy Michael Shepherd and wife, Sherry; Shirley Kratz and husband, David; 3 great-grandchildren, Judy Parker, Scott Kratz and Michelle Kratz; 1 great-great-granddaughter, april Parker; 1 sister, Hazel Strain; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is precded in death by her first and second husbands, Jack Shepherd and Lawrence Allen; 1 daughter Frances Shepherd and a brother Ottis M. Brummett. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 24, 1997, at 10;00 A.M. In Anderson-Clayton Bro. Chapel with interment to follow at Lee Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
