Born in Kentucky, Debora moved to Indiana when she was a young child. She was the oldest of her parents' ten children.
At the age of 20, on October 5, 1846, she married Isaac C. OGDEN in Rushville, Rush County, Indiana.
They moved to Crawford Co., Illinois, bought 60 acres, and lived there for many years. After her husband died, she moved back to Rush County. Debora had no children.
