Vadna Burrell

Funeral services for Mrs. Vadna Geraldine Burrell, 71, of Rt. 2, Johnstown, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Crouse and Son Funeral Home, Johnstown. The Rev. Paul Ashbrook will officiate, with burial in Newark Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Burrell died early Sunday morning in her home, following an eight-month illness.

She was born March 2, 1989 in London, Ohio, to George and Mae Siefert Mounts.

She had lived in the Johnstown area for 53 years and was a member of Franklin United Bretheran Church, New Albany.

Surviving are her husband, Keith of the home, whom she married in 1920 in New Albany; three sons: Robert, David and Bruce, all of Johnstown; four daughters: Mrs. Elsie Hayden of Columbus, Mrs. Doris Galbraith, Mrs. Ruth Galbraith, both of Johnstown, Mrs. Mae Robinson of Columbus; four sisters: Mrs. Mary Frizzell, Mrs. Alice Fravel, Mrs. Lucille Swick and Mrs. Betty Gray, all of Johnstown; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Four brothers and a sister aredead.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the funeral home.
