Mrs. Amanda Claytor Brown. 72, Frankfort, died at 7:05 a.m. Monday in Ross Medical Center. She was a member of Ross County Senior Citizens and Frankfort United Methodist Church. Born Dec. 7, 1902 in Omega, 0., she was the daughter of Jacob and Margaret White Claytor. Her husband, Purl Brown, died in 1970. She is survived by three sons and seven daughters: Horace Brown, Kingston; Robert Brown, Columbus; Purl Brown, Waverly; Mrs Morris (Mary) Flesher, Mrs. Leon (Winona) Graham, Mrs. Charles (Marjorie) Adams, Mrs. Mervin (Donna) Crago, Mrs. Linda Barker, all of Frankfort; Mrs. Berlin (Katherine) Butterbaugh, Waverly; Mrs. Kenneth (Virginia) Crago, Canal Winchester; 31 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers. Dewey Claytor, Washington C.H. and Donald Claytor, Ft. Thomas, Ky. She was predeceased by two sons, three brothers, and one sister. Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fisher Funeral Home, Frankfort, with Rev. David White officiating Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday.
